WARRANTY POLICY
All SSC’s customers will be applied the warranty policy as follow:
SSC ELECTRIC CAR commits to offer the door to door warranty service for all SSC’s products and the periodic maintenance policy for every 3 months or based on the customer’s requirement.
The spare parts are always available to serve the customers within 24 hours all over the country.
Also, we carry out the product maintenance contract after the warranty period with the preferential price.
- The warranty period
The warranty time will be defined for each product, each brand and the policy of each manufacturer.
- The warranty condition
The product will be warranted in the following cases:
- The product is still within the warranty period
- Damage is caused by the unqualified spare parts or by the faults of the manufacturer
- Damage is not included in the case of the warranty exception.
